Did Drake Lose This beef? Pusha T’s Response Might Shut Drake up For a Long Time.

It’s no news that Drake and Pusha T have existing beef and Pusha coming back into the game decided to ignite the fire back again. He did this with his third studio album daytona He blatantly dissed Drake and Lil Wayne in the last song of the album, INFRARED. Oh, he had help, because Kanye West helped in the production of this masterpiece.
Here are snippets of his diss towards Drake.
‘The lyric pennin’ equal the Trumps winnin’
The bigger question is how the Russians did it
It was written like Nas, but it came from Quentin’
Towards the end of the track, Pusha goes,
‘How could you ever right these wrongs
When you don’t even write your songs?
But let us all play along
We all know what niggas for real been waitin’ on
Push.
The rapper is suggesting that Drake had help writing his own lyrics, just how Donald Trump was accused to having extra help, winning the presidency.
Now Drake did not take this lightly, he came back up. It is amazing how within a couple of hours that this diss track was released, Drake had a response. From over here, it feels like he has a locker room where he stores diss tracks and responses for each artist so he can whip it out whenever they feel the need to chat sh*t. I mean why do they pick on Drake? He’s like the sweetest and least problematic artist in the industry who drinks water and minds his own business, so why, Pusha?
DUPPY FREESTYLE, Drake’s response to PUSHA T has everything a diss track needs. His flows are monstrous, attacks upon attacks. Feels like he was sending missiles and before Pusha T could recuperate, he sent another!
Drake questions Pusha T’s career
‘Don’t push me when I’m in album mode
You’re not even top five as far as your label talent goes
You send shot, well, I got to challenge those’
Pusha T in DAYTONA bragged about his drug dealing status but Drake hushed him up saying,
‘You might’ve sold some college kids some Nikes and Mercedes.
But you act liKe you sold drugs for Escobar in the 80s’
Kanye was not spared, Drake refers to him as ‘the person making your beats’
‘I’ve done things for him that he would never need
Father had to stretch his hands out and get it from me’

‘It’s gonna be a cruel summer for you, I told Weezy and Baby ‘I’ma done him for you’
Tell Ye we got an invoice coming for you, considering we just sold another 20 for you’
Pusha T tried to sleep on this line by asking for the invoice, via his twitter page but I’m sure he was not expecting Drake’s response.

Ouuuu and Drake did send them an invoice. Drake posted on his Instagram, after he released his song. He sent subliminals to Pusha-T, saying “You’re welcome” with a picture of a bill from OVO music to G.O.O.D Music and Def Jam records for $100,000. The bill stating ‘Promotional assistance and career reviving’.
Ding! Ding!! Ding!!! We all thought Drake had won this round, till ‘The Story of Adidon’ popped up and boy was it more messy than we thought.
On tuesday evening, Pusha T released his response and he did not spare Drake. He asked to leave the issues of drug dealing and ghostwriting aside and actually talk heart-to-heart.
The Cover art for ‘The Story of Adidon’ is a picture of Drake, with a black face smiling, which Pusha says is a real photo from a shoot for an old project dated back to 2008. That’ enough scandal to begin with.
Pusha starts off with his usual professional complaints against Drake to focus on different matters of paternity, physical fitness, and, most importantly, character.
He accuses Drake of biracial self-loathing, which takes you back to the album art. It makes it all complete, as he chooses to rap over Jay Z’s ‘The Story Of O.J’, a song about black stereotypes and whatnot.
‘Confused, always thought you weren’t Black enough;
Afraid to grow it ’cause your ‘fro wouldn’t nap enough’.
Pusha Reveals Drake’s relationship with a ‘model’, Sophie Brussaux with whom drake has a son with. She had described Drake as a dead-beat dad in an old tweet of hers, which points out that she has solely been taking care of Drake’s undisclosed child.
Dennis Graham, Drake’s father got a piece of the heat as Pusha talks about him leaving Drake and his mother, Sandi Graham, alone in Canada while he went to the U.S for a better life. He attributes Drake’s current paternity negligence to the likeness of his father as well as family issues.
Dirty was not enough till he dragged in Drake’s longtime producer and friend, Noah ‘40’ Shebib, who is currently sick with multiple sclerosis.
“The Story of Adidon” is definitely one of the most disrespectful songs that a rapper has released in this decade. The song escalated the situation of the hostilities that once favoured Drake with his DUPPY FREESTYLE; this is a 100-0. It is hard trying to imagine a come back from Drake after this. Drake has flows as we saw during the feud with Meek Mill.
Is there really going to be a comeback from this, or would Drake let sleeping dogs lie. There are so many things pointed at his direction; the secret son, his black face and even 40’s health.
The only way Drake can get up out of this is to go dirty, because there is no turning back at this point.
What do you think?
